Booking Conditions

1. A non-refundable Booking Fee of £5 per person must be paid to confirm all Visiting Society bookings. Booking Fees will be credited against green fees due in respect of all visitors playing.

2. Green fees must be paid in full before play commences.

3. Visitors must have a handicap or be competent golfers able to complete a round at Baberton in no more than 3 hours 30 minutes.

4. Dress Rules: Visitors are expected to wear smart casual dress. On the golf courses sleeveless shirts, singlets, swimwear, running shorts, etc are strictly forbidden. Shirts may not be removed. Demin jeans are not permitted on the course. No bag sharing is allowed.

5. R&A Rules of Golf plus published local rules to be observed.

6. No other games than golf. No dogs. No alcohol on the course.

7. Liability: Visitors, their vehicles and equipment are on Club property at their own risk. The Club has no liability. The Club has the right to refuse entry or to require a visitor to leave at its absolute discretion.
